How Digital Signage Social Walls Can Make Your Event a Success

Social walls – also known as Twitter or live walls – gather and collate social media posts utilizing criteria the owner sets. For example, your algorithm can focus on a specific keyword, hashtag or mentions of your product. These online posts are then pushed directly – or through an onsite moderator – onto the live digital signage display at your event.

In general, this process encourages the visitors at the event to join in the conversation about your product. Here are few other more specific reasons that social walls play an important part in event marketing:

  • Customer engagement – Simply put, visitors love to see their names on the “big screen.” Having a real time – or only slightly delayed – display is a great impetus for visitors to post on the wall.
