How do you position yourself as an economic leader with the help of technology? The World Trade Center of Montreal is devoted to enhancing their customer’s experience while answering to their dual function as both an office tower and a shopping center.
iGotcha Media provided the World Trade Center with custom and harmonious display tools, leveraging its uniquely powerful software and analyzing live data to cross reference with the system.
In order to increase the efficiency of customer flow and facilitate information sharing, we developed and set up interactive wayfinding stations, for visitors to quickly and clearly learn more about the WTC’s businesses, services and stores.
The proprietary solution developed by iGotcha for the WTC gives them access to a feature-rich backend to self-manage and customize the displays as they wish. The clean and modern look of the terminals ensures a perfect fit with the aesthetics of the surrounding area. WTC’s expectations were exceeded, and the wayfinding solution grew to include dynamic outdoor banners, traffic metering as well as digital directories.
Located between Old Montreal and downtown, the World Trade Center is an integral part of the International District of Montréal. A true indoor village with an enormous glass roof, this prestigious complex offers an inspiring environment for life and business. The Montreal World Trade Center is owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, a real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and one of the largest institutional fund managers in Canada.
