Loto-Quebec sought the help of iGotcha Media to create dynamic digital signs for their kiosks in several Walmart locations. The digital displays were intended to showcase lottery products, which needed to be updated on a weekly basis to highlight items the company wanted to promote.
The kiosk design varied depending on the location, some kiosks were placed behind the cash registers and others were in Walmart’s main aisle. iGotcha’s team had to design an innovative, engaging and informative signage solution that responded to the various kiosk placements.
Our team assisted Loto-Quebec in selecting the hardware and media players that best fit their specific needs. We recommended Samsung’s QLED TVs, as well as Brightsign’s media players.
Depending on the weekly lottery winnings, various messages needed to be displayed on the screen. Our specialized in-house studio designed content for the digital signs and accounted for all the potential outcomes.
The content resembled a menu-board, as it featured lottery products with their respective prices, which were rotated weekly. Star products were highlighted on the left-hand side, and classic items like the Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49 and Lotto Poker Plus+ were placed on the static top banner.
iGotcha Media’s proprietary content management system was utilized to deploy the content on the digital signs, while Brightsign’s media players provided superior video quality, reliability and interactivity.
The digital signs were further implemented in various shopping centers across Quebec, as well as in their Montreal head office, providing Loto-Quebec with the complete solution!
Founded in 1969 by the Quebec government, Loto-Quebec administers all lottery activities in the province.
