Download the ZIP file containing the iGotcha Signage Player.
Unzip the contents to a folder on the Player PC (we typically recommend using the Documents folder).
- Make sure to right-click on the zip file, go to properties, and check Unblock.
Create a startup shortcut:
- Locate the file iGotchaSignageManager.exe.
- Create a shortcut to it and place the shortcut in the Startup folder so the Player launches automatically on boot.
  - To do this Press Win + R, type shell:startup, and hit Enter.
(Optional) Create a desktop shortcut for easy manual access.
Run the application by launching iGotchaSignageManager.exe.

Important:
Do not run iGotchaSignage.exe directly. Always use iGotchaSignageManager.exe.to ensure proper operation and CMS connectivity.

The company currently supports MS 10, however, MS has in the past and may again in the future, alter, remove and migrate MS 10 users to other MS platforms. If the Company is unable to support MS10, due to potential future MS restrictions and platform decisions, the Company shall provide notice to the Customer of this and work with Customer to migrate onto a substitute platform.

How to Create Your Account and Add Your Screen

1. Scan the QR Code:
  Use your phone’s photo app to scan the QR code. This will open the account setup page in your phone’s web browser.
2. Enter Your Organization Details:
  - Input your organization’s name.
  - Enter your full name.
  - Enter your email address.
3. Create Your Account:
  Click the Create button. You will receive a confirmation email containing a temporary password.
4. Log In for the First Time:
  - Return to the login page.
  - Enter your email and the temporary password from the confirmation email.
  - You will receive a two-factor authentication (2FA) code via email. Enter this code in the provided field to complete the login process.
