We also collect technical information, including player uptime, signage version, operating system, IP address, player resolution, and player location.

 iGotcha Media uses cookies and other third-party tracking technologies on our website. You can choose to permit or restrict the use of these technologies through your personal browser settings. iGotcha Media cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.

While we may collect certain information about visitors to this site, we do not link IP addresses to any personal information associated with the individual visitor. We use this information only to determine how to make future visits to this site more convenient, engaging, and productive by collecting anonymous information such as:

Payment Information
Credit card information is used solely for processing payments. Financial information is not stored by us, with the following exceptions:

• Expiry date
• The last four digits of the credit card

Cookies and Tracking
We use temporary and permanent cookies to enhance your experience when using iGotcha services. Temporary cookies are removed each time you close your browser.

Log Data
Log files record data each time a device accesses our servers, and this information is stored on our servers. Log files contain data on each access including IP address, operation system version, files stored or accessed, timestamps, and devices.

Personal data is used exclusively to provide our services, improve service experience, or develop new product and service features.

Contact Information
We use your contact information exclusively for contacting our clients and users. Contact information is never shared without your consent.

To prevent loss of data due to errors and system failures, we keep backup copies of data including content for each user account. Thus, your files and data may remain on our servers after deletion or termination of a user account.

We do not share information your data with third parties outside of iGotcha Media, unless otherwise indicated, with the following exceptions:

• To meet applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
• To enforce applicable policies, including investigation of potential violations.
• To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
• To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or iGotcha Media as required or permitted by law.

Security
We adopt industry-appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures, as well as physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information, login credentials, transaction information, and data stored.

Access to your name and email address is restricted to specific iGotcha Media employees. Our employees are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Retaining data
All data remains on our servers unless you request us to delete it. We also keep backups of all data to prevent loss of data due to system failures.

Apps that synchronize with external services
Some of the apps on iGotcha Signage V3 require logging into Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other external applications. Data from these applications are synchronized to our cloud and delivered via APIs to our CMS.

It’s in iGotcha Media’s legitimate business interest to keep subscribers, contacts, and clients informed of our latest content, events, and services. We process subscriber, contact, and client data and use direct marketing as part of this legitimate interest.

We retain this personal information for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and for a period of time thereafter.

You could expect to receive from us:

• A weekly email highlighting our latest content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, news and awards, and forthcoming events.
• Occasional email updates on surveys or webinars we are running or new reports we have published.

What happens if you don’t give us your data?
You can visit our website without providing your personal data. Much of the information on our website is available to those that we do not provide services for. Please note, if we are providing you with services pursuant to a contract, some additional personal information may be required.

iGotcha Media will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

iGotcha Media will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes, as outlined in the Use of Data section.

iGotcha Media aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to your requests to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

If access cannot be provided within a reasonable time frame, we will provide you with a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, we will explain why access has been denied.

In certain circumstances, you have the right, at no cost to you:

• To access and receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you
• To rectify any Personal Data held about you that is inaccurate
• To request the deletion of Personal Data held about you

You have the right to data portability for the information you provide to iGotcha Media. You can request to obtain a copy of your Personal Data in a commonly used electronic format so that you can manage and move it.

You may also request information about the purpose of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; who else outside of iGotcha Media might have received the data from iGotcha Media; what the source of the information was (if you didn’t provide it directly to iGotcha Media) and how long it will be stored.

Additionally, you have a right to complain with the appropriate data protection authority or supervisory authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal data.

We will never sell or rent your information to third parties.

Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our site (service providers), to provide the site on our behalf, to perform site-related services, or to assist us in the analysis of how our site is being used. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform tasks on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the data for any other purposes.

Analytics
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Site.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Site. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Site available to Google Analytics by instructing your browser to refuse all cookies, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Google Analytics may collect your IP address in addition to your usage of the Site, but no other personal data is shared with them. Google does not make your IP address accessible to iGotcha Media.

CRM and Marketing Automation

We may use third-party Service Providers to automate marketing actions in an attempt to nurture visitors with personalized and useful content based on visitor interactions with our website and past emails. Zoho

Zoho is used to store prospect and customer data for use by our sales team in managing new business opportunities and current client relationships. Your personal data is only shared with Zoho if you provide it to us and agree to the terms defined in this Notice.

iGotcha Media uses Zoho to manage our form submission and subscriber lists, send our marketing emails, and automate marketing actions in an attempt to nurture visitors with personalized and useful content based on interactions with our website and past emails.

Here are some prospect activities gathered and tracked by Zoho:

• Form submissions, including progressive profile fields
• Web sessions and pages visited
• Web activity, such as content downloaded

The Site uses a Zoho tracking pixel and cookie to track anonymous and known visitor activity on the Site. We use visitor data to analyze our site traffic patterns and the effectiveness of our Site and marketing efforts. The Zoho tracking cookie collects IP addresses of site visitors to generate location- and company-based website visitor reports.

You can opt-out of having your activity on the Site made available to Zoho by instructing your browser to refuse all cookies, and by not providing us with any personal information via the Site. Please see the Cookie Usage Notice for additional details.

If you have consented to receive emails from iGotcha Media, such emails will be sent via Zoho. Recipients’ email open and click-through behaviour are tracked and stored within Zoho, which we use to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, as well as to aid in ongoing list maintenance and data integrity efforts.
