Moderate Deployments
You can now moderate deployments to ensure changes are reviewed before going live.
This feature must first be enabled by iGotcha Media. To get started, please contact our team.
Once enabled, you’ll need to configure user roles:
- Approvers must have Moderate Deployments enabled in their role permissions
- Users without this permission will be required to submit deployments for approval
How It Works
After setup is complete, the deployment approval workflow becomes active:
- When a user creates or updates a deployment, it is submitted for approval
- Both the submitter and designated approvers receive email notifications
- A new Deployments tab will appear in the platform
Within this tab:
- Approvers can review and approve deployments
- Submitters can track the approval status of their deployments
Any changes made to an existing deployment will also require approval.
Once approved:
- The deployment is published and visible
- Both approvers and submitters receive a confirmation email
This feature adds an extra layer of control, helping teams manage content changes with confidence and accountability
