UNIQLO’s flagship store in Montréal is its largest Canadian footprintAt more than 40,000 square feet, over two levels of the Eaton Centre, we created a captivating integrated brand experience that engages customers throughout the store. Our Process

The creation of a stunning digital experience for UNIQLO’s flagship store in Montréal was rooted in a collaborative approach. We began with in-depth consultations with UNIQLO to fully grasp their vision and objectives. By working closely with UNIQLO and our partners, we developed a strategic plan that addressed both the hardware and content requirements while navigating challenges such as COVID-19 delays. Our design and development teams worked in tandem to craft an immersive experience, incorporating a massive LED video wall and ticker around the escalator, as well as a striking storefront LED screen. We ensured seamless integration and performance through rigorous testing, ultimately managing a smooth installation and launch that brought the collaborative vision to life.

Our Solution

iGotcha Media crafted three immersive digital experiences that transformed the flagship store. A 2.5 mm pixel display at the storefront draws customers from the mall with vibrant branding, striking photos, and advertisements. Upon entering, customers are greeted by an L-shaped LED ticker in the mezzanine, offering product information, visuals, and more. As they move between levels, a 119-foot long by 7-foot high LED screen ticker wraps around the escalator, showcasing dynamic content, sales, and discounts.

These elements were seamlessly integrated into the store’s design, creating a captivating and cohesive brand experience. The integration of a massive LED video wall and ticker around the escalator, along with the impactful storefront display, enhanced customer engagement with real-time visuals and messaging. The result is an immersive environment that perfectly aligns with UNIQLO’s brand identity and elevates the customer journey.
