Cirque du Soleil mandated iGotcha Media to enhance the experience in their VIP tent for their show, Volta.
Who says VIP, says high expectations. iGotcha was mandated to enhance the experience of every visitor who sets foot in the Volta’s VIP tent. We had many objectives to achieve, among them attracting people to look at the screen, upsell merchandise, supply engaging content, collect data and above all, create a memorable experience that stands to Cirque’s reputation.
Initial brainstorming led to several possible solutions such as an interactive mirror that allows face swap, interactive projections, behind the scenes video accessible through touch interaction, interactive digital games and discount on the merch store through shareable content.
Additionally, iGotcha was set up to offer a solution for the VIP’s tent caterer, Agnus Dei. We wanted to add to the dining experience by using an interactive table and elevating the service offered to a form of performance.
