iGotcha was challenged to find innovative ways to promote Mazda’s presence at all six Canadian International Autoshows. Use of emerging and innovative technology was needed to stand above the competition and create and immersive experience for the customers.

Our Process

iGotcha Media research a dynamic way to engage consumers using Segway for the Mazda booth during the events. Integration to iPads interface were explored to interface with the robots they could answer customer questions.

Our Solution

iGotcha Media programmed nine Segway robots to dance out a dynamic choreography in front of the Mazda booth during the events. An iPad interface enabled the robots to hold a two-way interactive conversation. This made it possible for customers interested in Mazda to chat with the robots and get answers to their questions. The exciting installation gathered a crowd of intrigued fans.
