iGotcha Media enhanced Browns Shoes customer experience to promote its brand and create a fully integrated brand experience which can be found at more than 20 Browns Shoes stores. This enhanced customer experience includes digital signage video walls, interactive touchscreens, and single stretched screens that help shoppers learn more about Browns’ products.
Our Process
iGotcha Media collaborated with Browns Shoes to create an extravagant customer experience. Leveraging Browns’ Spring 2019 fashion campaign, which was shot in Rio de Janeiro, the beautiful video captures the season’s new arrivals, the passion, culture, and diversity of Brazil’s glamourous city.

Our Solution
iGotcha Media’s integrated hardware solutions, such as monitors, PCs, custom-made mounts, and stands, as well as its proprietary content management software, which allows Browns to manage content quickly and easily from any location. This beautiful, integrated solution captures consumers’ attention, driving them in-store and immersing them in an interactive experience.
Our team designed 2-by-2 video walls, made up of four 55-inch high-definition monitors which are currently installed in 21 Browns locations. Additionally, ultra-stretch 98-inch screens were installed in select stores to further drive brand messaging.
To provide clients with a seamless shopping experience, our team created the “Endless Aisle” interactive touch screen display which enables shoppers to view footwear in all colours and sizes. Next, our team designed an experiential game for children to keep them occupied and entertained while their guardians browsed the store.
Beyond in-store solutions, iGotcha also provided Brown’s Montreal headquarters with a 1-by-5 video wall featuring five 55-inch-high-definition monitors.
