Our Process.

Our process began with a thorough examination of the Foundation’s needs, the hospital’s architectural context, and visitor flow in busy clinical and lobby environments. We worked in close collaboration with hospital and Foundation leadership, ensuring every aspect of design reflected the values of warmth, innovation, and community. Site selection was strategic, maximizing visibility and emotional impact while respecting operational constraints, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.

We mapped out donor recognition parameters, projected future needs, and developed a scalable content strategy to support these objectives. Concept development involved multiple rounds of design presentations, focusing on integrating advanced technology with architectural finishes, donor engagement, and ease of maintenance. Extensive feedback was used to refine details, including materials, lighting, content management, and update protocols. Throughout installation, close coordination with hospital facilities teams ensured the process was non-disruptive and fully documented, with a focus on meticulous fabrication and longevity.

Our Solution.

We delivered two signature donor walls, each tailored to the hospital’s unique environment and philanthropic legacy. The Research and Innovation Donor Wall features a custom anamorphic LED installation that wraps around sculptural forms at the main entrance, creating a generative, living narrative of donor names. Advanced hardware and adaptive lighting provide clarity and impact, while custom-brushed aluminum and laser-etched acrylic offer tactile, respectful recognition. The installation’s design anticipates future growth, making updates straightforward through the use of content management tools.

Deeper in the hospital, the Digital Health Donor Wall combines robust acrylic hardware, edge-lit illumination, and high-brightness digital displays. A secure, cloud-based content management system enables Foundation staff to update donor information in real time, ensuring recognition remains current and meaningful. Automated features, such as dynamic animation cycles and cloud controls, sustain ongoing engagement while ensuring system reliability and ease of service.

Both installations are future-proofed for years of storytelling, built to accommodate thousands of donor names, support new campaigns, and remain accessible, durable, and emotionally resonant. These projects embody the Foundation’s commitment to gratitude, innovation, and community, creating digital experiences that convey recognition with clarity and care.
