The National Bank of Canada opened a new headquarters in Montreal, located at 800 Saint Jacques Street, and approached us to propose dynamic display solutions for the branch. The primary goal was to create a striking and large-scale dynamic display to cover a long wall while integrating additional interactive technologies to enhance visitor engagement. iGotcha Media was tasked with providing a comprehensive solution that met the client’s needs and expectations.
Our Process.
As a long-standing National Bank of Canada partner, our collaborative approach ensured that their vision was central to the project. After conducting detailed site assessments and consultations, we worked closely with the client to design a solution tailored to their branding and functional requirements. Our proposed solution combined high-resolution LED displays, interactive touchscreens, and cutting-edge signage technology, including advanced technologies like LG UHD Signage displays, Samsung LED screens, and Elo interactive touchscreens, to create a cohesive and engaging multi-dimensional digital experience. Each stage of the process—from discovery and design to installation and content creation—was handled precisely to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
Our Solution.
The LG UHD signage screens were a key component of the project, offering flexibility for showcasing supplementary content, such as promotional materials, live updates, or corporate messaging. Our long-standing partnership with LG allowed us to seamlessly integrate their displays into the overall solution, ensuring compatibility and consistency.
The Samsung LED screen with a 1.5-pixel pitch delivers vibrant visuals and high resolution, making it ideally suited for indoor use. The precise pixel density ensures that all content is displayed with exceptional clarity and detail.
The Elo interactive tables were strategically placed to create opportunities for deeper engagement. These interactive touchscreens allowed visitors to explore tailored content, including interactive maps, financial tools, and informational resources. The responsive PCAP touch technology ensured a smooth and intuitive user experience, while the 24/7 operation capability made them reliable for continuous use.
Our studio applied its expertise to create custom content for these displays. Unlike traditional content, this project required designs and layouts tailored to the bank’s branding and the specific functionalities of the various technologies. This challenge opened the door to creating dynamic and innovative content, offering a unique immersive experience. By incorporating interactive and visual elements, we enhanced the impact of the message and reinforced the National Bank of Canada’s brand image.
The installation was completed successfully, and the client was delighted. The dynamic display system met the project’s objectives and became a central and impressive feature of the new National Bank of Canada headquarters.
